Candidates, in this article we show you how to move or cancel an appointment with a recruiter.

Are you no longer available at your chosen time slot or have you simply changed your mind and want to cancel your interview? You can reschedule or cancel an appointment made with a recruiter from your candidate dashboard.

MOVING AN APPOINTMENT

To move your appointment and choose another time slot in the interviewer's calendar:

  • Go to the Upcoming Interviews section of the My Interviews tab on the platform:

  • Click on the three small dots on the right of the relevant interview card and select Edit Interview:

  • You will then be invited to choose a new time slot in the interviewer's calendar:

🚨 Warning: If the recruiter does not have any more slot, you can reach them directly by email. Please consult this article to find out how to obtain the email address of the interviewer.

CANCELLING AN INTERVIEW

To cancel a scheduled interview:

  • Go to the Upcoming Interviews section of the My Interviews tab on the platform:

  • Click on the three small dots on the right of the relevant interview card and select Cancel Interview:

  • You will then be invited to personalise a cancellation message to the interviewer:
