💡 If the Live Sessions tab does not appear, it means that the event organisers have not enabled conferences for this job fair.
REGISTERING FOR A CONFERENCE
Before you can take part in a live session, you have to register via the platform.
Go to the Live Sessions tab of your chosen job fair and then to the Explore section to see all upcoming conferences
The search bar allows you to filter live sessions by keyword, organiser and size:
Click on the title of the live session you are interested in to open the form and select Participate to register:
ACCESSING A LIVE SESSION
When a conference you have already registered for is about to start:
Go to the Live Sessions tab of the relevant job fair and then to My Participation.
Click on Access Live Session on the live session card to enter the conference:
💡 You'll also find the participation link in the registration confirmation email for the live session!
🚨 You cannot join a conference more than 30 minutes in advance.
CANCELLING YOUR PARTICIPATION
To cancel your participation in a live session:
Go to the Live Sessions tab of the relevant job fair and then to My Participation.
Click on the title of the live session, select Cancel my Participation and refresh the page:
💡 If you can no longer take part in a conference, cancelling will allow someone else to take your place!
