🔐 I cannot log in to my Seekube account

Recruiters, in this article we will show you how to log in to your account on the platform.

If you are having trouble logging in to your Seekube account, it is usually because:

  • You have forgotten your password, or

  • Your email address was not recognised.

Read this article if your problem is to do with creating your account when you registered.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

If you have forgotten your password, go to this page and enter your Seekube account email address to reset it. An email containing a single-use link will be sent to you to make the change.

If you don't receive the password reset email and it isn't in your spam, contact us at sav@seekube.com.

EMAIL ADDRESS NOT RECOGNISED

Was the email address linked to your Seekube account not recognised when you tried to log in?

  • Make sure it is the same email address you used when you registered and set up your account.

  • Check that the uppercase and lowercase letters match the ones you entered when you registered.

LOGGING OUT

To log out, go to the drop-down menu on the top right under your name and click on the "Log out" button. You will then be taken back to the Seekube login page.
