If you are having trouble logging in to your Seekube account, it is usually because:

  • You have forgotten your password, or

  • Your email address was not recognised.


If you have forgotten your password, go to this page and enter your Seekube account email address to reset it. An email containing a single-use link will be sent to you to make the change.

If you don't receive the password reset email, contact us at sav@seekube.com.


Was the email address linked to your Seekube account not recognised when you tried to log in?

  • Make sure it is the same email address you used when you set up your account.

  • Check that the uppercase and lowercase letters match the ones you entered when you registered.


To log out, go to the drop-down menu on the top right under your name and click on the "Log out" button. You will then be taken back to the Seekube login page.
