When you create a live session on Seekube, keep in mind the following best practices that will help candidates find you and make your live session more attractive to maximise the number of participants!

CONFERENCE DURATION

  • To keep your conference participants interested and engaged, we recommend live sessions of between 20 and 40 minutes.

HOW MANY LIVE SESSIONS TO PUBLISH

  • It all depends on how many candidates are expected at the event and what themes you want to offer at your conference. If you want to organise the same conference at different times, we recommend you wait to see how full the first conference is. If it's a success, you can then publish others.

SCHEDULE

  • If the candidates don't have a free day for the event, we recommend you publish your conferences at times they can easily attend, i.e. during lunchtime and at the end of the afternoon.
