As part of the job dating process on Seekube, recruiters have to prepare in advance of the event and complete the following three steps to be able to meet with candidates:

POSTING JOBS

You have to post jobs on the platform so that candidates can meet with you, whether they are created from scratch or duplicated.

  • From your dashboard, go to the Job Offers tab and click on Create a Job Offer:

  • Enter the information about your job and select an interviewer.

  • You can post the same job at several events at once; you just have to choose the job dating event(s) where you want to post it:

  • Finally, enter any event-specific criteria and click on Post!

πŸ’‘ On some events, you have the possibility to meet candidates during 1/1 Chats ; these appointments are not linked to any offer. Check if this dating mode is available when adding your time slots.

πŸ’‘ Events types (Virtual or On Site) is visible with a tag when you are selecting them.

β€‹πŸš¨ The Post button will be disabled until you have completed all the information fields for the job offer.

πŸ’‘ Want to assign a job offer to a colleague? Nothing could be easier! Simply select the person as the interviewer.

ADDING AVAILABILITY SLOTS

As well as posting jobs, you have to enter your availability so that candidates can book an appointment in your calendar.

  • Access your calendar by clicking on the Calendar icon on the top right and open it in Calendar View:

  • Use the drop-down menu to check that the correct job fair is selected.

  • After clicking on Add Time Slots on the top left, select your interview method and the duration of your time slots:

πŸ’‘ If 1/1 Chats (informal meetings, not linked to an offer) have been activated on the event you are participating in, make sure to choose the meeting mode that suits you when adding the slots. You will also need to add a short description of the informal meeting for the candidates.

🚨 You cannot change the duration or interview method of appointments already booked in your calendar; however, you can add several types of time slots with different durations and interview methods.

  • Next, click and drag to create the time slots you want to make available for booking.

  • Check the β€œReserve these time slots (...)" box if you want them to only be bookable by candidates from a particular job fair (the one selected in the drop-down menu above the calendar):

🚨 If the β€œReserve these time slots (...)” box is not checked, any time slots you add will be shared across all VIRTUAL events taking place simultaneously on the chosen date. This means they will be bookable by candidates from all the online events held that day.

  • Finally, click on Add X time slots to save your availability.

πŸ’‘ Do you want to add time slots for a another member of your team? Select your colleague in the drop-down β€œCalendar for” menu and add their availability!

PUBLISHING YOUR COMPANY STAND

Publishing your stand is an essential step if you want to meet with candidates at a job fair: it allows you to promote your employer brand.

  • You can access the Stand tab directly from your client dashboard:

  • Complete all the information fields required, describe your business, add photos or video links and don't forget to click on Publish!

πŸ’‘ The stand can be edited at any time by members with project manager status.

🚨 IMPORTANT! Any changes made to your stand apply to all team members and ongoing events linked to your organisation.
