Recruiters or organizers, discover in this article how to duplicate your live conference.

From now on, it is possible to duplicate an upcoming or completed live.

WHERE TO DUPLICATE A LIVE?`

Go to the “Lives” section. Once on the page, click on the 3 small dots of the live in question and on “Duplicate the Live” :

STEP 1

Once you click on "Duplicate Live", the creation modal opens with all the fields already filled in:

  • All settings of the chosen tool remain the same

  • The organizer and the speakers remain the same

🚨 The date / time / duration fields are empty and need to be updated. They must be completed in order to publish the live again.

📆 The lives are a part of the synchronization of Seekube speakers' agendas. Therefore, if the new slot chosen is already taken by a confirmed interview, it will not be possible to schedule the live on this slot.

STEP 2

At this step, you must choose the tool you want to use for the live. You can use the same ONE or choose a new tool.

STEP 3

🚨 The link fields need to be updated.

STEP 4

Once all the fields are filled in, you can now publish the live! 🎙
