WHAT IS SEEKA FOR?
Seeka's goal is to help you:
practice on questions representative of the role you're applying for, before a real interview with a recruiter;
build confidence by formulating your answers in a low-stakes setting;
get concrete tips for improvement, question by question.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
From your application, you can launch an interview simulation with Seeka. It runs in three steps:
Introduction: Seeka tells you the estimated length of the exchange (around 10 minutes) and the number of questions, based on the offer you applied for.
Simulated interview: Seeka asks you 5 questions, one after another, tailored to the role and the company. You answer freely, just like in a real exchange, through a chat-style conversation thread.
Advice: throughout the interview, Seeka guides you question by question to help you improve your answers.
💡 A "Seeka is typing" indicator appears while she prepares her response, just like in a regular instant messaging conversation.
