๐Ÿšจ On Seekube, 1 RECRUITER = 1 JOB OFFER. The desginated job interviewer receives and processes all related applications on their individual dashboard. To be able to assign the same job offer to multiple team members, you have to duplicate it.

CHANGING THE DESIGNATED JOB INTERVIEWER

To assign an existing job offer to a different recruiter:

  • Go to the platform and enter the job dating event where the job was posted.

  • In the Preparation section, click on the Job Offers tab and then on the Edit button of the relevant job offer.

๐Ÿ’Ž If you are part of a Seekube client company, you can access this page by clicking directly on the Job Offers tab on your dashboard:

  • In the job offer editing window, select a new interviewer from the drop-down menu and Post the job again to save the change:

๐Ÿšจ This action is not backdated, which means any appointments booked in the calendar of the original interviewer will not be transferred and the new interviewer will not be able to process these applications from their dashboard.

๐Ÿ’ก You have to transfer these candidates to the new interviewer, so that your colleague can process the appointments that have already been booked.

๐Ÿง DOES YOUR COLLEAGUE NOT APPEAR ON THE LIST?

If your colleague does not appear on the list but you have definitely added them to the event, it means they have not completed their registration. Ask them to click on "Confirm my participation" in the invitation email they were sent.

If you need us to resend the invitation email, please contact us at sav@seekube.com.
