π¨ Once the event schedules have been frozen, you cannot move appointments, only cancel them. To find out more, read this article.
RESCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
To ask a candidate to select another time slot in your calendar:
Enter the relevant forum, go to the Job dating section and click on the Interviews tab.
From the New - to be processed or Confirmed subtab (depending on whether or not you've already confirmed the appointment request), click on the three dots in the candidate's card and select Change the time slot: β
The candidate will receive an email asking them to add themself to your Seekube calendar by selecting a new time slot, and their profile will automatically be added to the Pending candidate response subtab.
π¨ This will automatically cancel the initial appointment. If you offer a new time slot too close to the schedule closing time, the candidate may not have enough time to add themself to your calendar at the new time. The appointment will then be lost and you will have to contact the person directly to reschedule outside of the platform.
βCANCELLING A CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT
To cancel an appointment you have confirmed with a candidate:
Enter the relevant forum, go to the Job dating section and click on the Interviews tab.
From the Confirmed subtab, click on the three dots in the candidate's card and select Cancel meeting: βββ
The candidate will receive a cancellation email and their profile will automatically be moved to the Rejected tab on the platform.
π¨ This will free up the time slot for another candidate and permanently cancel the appointment. The candidate will no longer be able add themself to your calendar, contact you or make a job dating appointment with you (but you can always re-offer them an appointment from the Rejected tab):
π‘ Once the event schedules are fixed, you have to open the candidate record and click on Modify, then Cancel to cancel the appointment.
