💡 On some events, you have the possibility to meet candidates during 1/1 Chats ; these appointments are not linked to any offer. Check if this dating mode is available when adding your time slots.
POSTING A JOB AT A JOB DATING EVENT
You have to post your jobs on the platform so that candidates can meet you.
From your account, click on the job fair you are interested in to open the dashboard.
Go to the Preparation section, then to the Job Offers tab and click on Create a Job Offer:

Enter the information about your job, select an interviewer and Post it!
🚨 The Post button will be disabled until you have completed all the information fields for the job offer.
👤 On Seekube, 1 JOB OFFER = 1 RECRUITER. The designated interviewer for a specific job receives all the applications on their individual dashboard. This means you cannot share the processing of job applications unless you duplicate the job offer.
To duplicate a job offer, click on the three small dots on the job offer card and click on Duplicate Job Offer. It will be placed in your draft job offers and you will then be able to edit it before posting it.
POSTING A DRAFT JOB OFFER
To post a job offer from your drafts:
On the Job Offers tab, go to your drafts and click on the Edit button of the job you want to post.
Check that all the information fields are filled in and/or complete any empty fields before posting the job offer!
