As part of the job dating process on Seekube, recruiters have to prepare in advance of the event and complete the following three steps to be able to meet candidates:

CREATING JOB POSTINGS

You have to post your jobs on the platform so that candidates can find you.

  • From your account, click on the forum you are participating in to open the dashboard.

  • Go to the Preparation section, then to the Job offers tab and click on Post a job :

๐Ÿ’Ž If you are part of a Seekube client company, click here to read an article about your interface.

  • Enter the information about your job, select an interviewer and Publish it!

๐Ÿ’ก On some events, you can meet candidates informally thanks to 1/1 Chats; interviews are then not linked to an offer. Check if this dating mode is available when adding your slots.

๐Ÿšจ The Publish button will remain disabled until you have completed all the information fields for the job posting.

ADDING AVAILABILITY SLOTS

As well as creating the job postings, you have to enter your availability so that candidates can make an appointment in your calendar.

  • In the Preparation section of the platform, go to the Time slots tab to open your calendar and click on Add time slots:

๐Ÿ’Ž If you are part of a Seekube client company, click here to read an article about your interface.

  • Once the calendar window opens, click on Add time slots on the top left to open time slot editing mode.

  • Then select the Mode of appointment and Duration required:

๐Ÿ’ก If 1/1 Chats (informal meetings, not linked to an offer) have been activated on the event you are participating in, make sure to choose the meeting mode that suits you when adding the slots. You will also need to add a short description of the informal meeting for the candidates.

๐Ÿšจ You cannot change the duration or type of appointments already added to your calendar, however, you can add several kinds of time slots with different durations and appointment types.

  • Click and drag your chosen times to add slots for meeting candidates.

  • Check the โ€œBook these time slots (...)" box if you want them to only be bookable by candidates from that particular forum:

๐Ÿšจ If the โ€œBook these time slots (...)โ€ box is not checked, any time slots you add will be shared across all virtual events you are participating in simultaneously on the chosen date, this means they will be bookable by candidates from all the online events held that day.

  • Finally, click on Add X time slots to save your availability.

๐Ÿ’ก Do you want to add time slots for another member of your team? Select your colleague in the drop-down โ€œMembersโ€ menu and add their availability!

PUBLISHING YOUR COMPANY STAND

Publishing your stand is an essential step if you want to be visible to candidates at a forum; it allows you to promote your employer brand.

  • From your account, click on the forum you are participating in to open the dashboard.

  • Go to the Preparation section and then to the Stand tab:

๐Ÿ’Ž If you are part of a Seekube client company, click here to read an article about your interface.

  • Complete all the information fields required, describe your business, add photos or links to videos and don't forget to click on Publish Stand!

๐Ÿšจ You must add a logo AND a cover photo. If you forget either of them, the โ€œPublish your standโ€ button will remain disabled.

๐Ÿ˜ž Are you responsible for publishing your stand but don't have access to the tab? Did you accidentally remove your project manager status? Do you want to cancel your participation? Contact us by email or via the chat on our website.

๐ŸŽ‰ Now you have added your job postings, entered your availability and published your company stand, candidates will be able to book interviews directly to your calendar ! Happy interviewing!
