🚩 PUBLISH YOUR STAND IN DRAFT

🚨 Publishing your company stand is one of the three preparatory steps you need to complete to meet with candidates: see them here!

In order to publish your stand you must provide a certain amount of mandatory information, namely: the name and description of the company, the sector, the number of employees and a link to a website.

  • From your account, click on the selected forum to open the dashboard.

  • Go to the Preparation section, then to the Stand tab:

🚨 Adding a logo and a cover photo is mandatory. If you forgot one of them, the Publish Stand button will remain grayed out.

To be added, your cover photo must meet the following criteria:

  • be less than 15 MB

  • have dimensions of 2624x560 pixels (LinkedIn or Facebook format)

  • be in JPG or PNG format

✍️ CREATE A CUSTOM STAND FOR AN EVENT

  1. Go to the Jobdating

2. Go to the Stand tab

➡️ You'll land at the main stand (common to all events)

3. You can make changes directly, then choose whether you want to make these changes to your main stand or just to the event in question.

If you want to create a custom stand only for this event, click save changes "Only for this event"

💡 Once your stand has been published, you can modify it at any time!
