Recruiters, in this article you will find out how to start an interview with a candidate.

TELEPHONE INTERVIEW

If your interviews have been scheduled by telephone, you have to contact the candidates directly outside of the platform:

  • Once you are in the relevant job fair, open your calendar by clicking on the Calendar icon on the top right.

  • Go to your calendar's Schedule View to see all your upcoming appointments and the contact details of each candidate you're meeting:

  • At the scheduled interview time, simply call the candidate on the number shown on their card.

VIDEO INTERVIEW

💡 You don't have to download any software to hold your video interviews on Seekube!

If you have chosen video as your interview method, you have to log in to the platform to meet with the candidates:

  • Once you are in the relevant job fair, open your calendar by clicking on the Calendar icon on the top right.

  • Go to your calendar's Schedule View to see all your upcoming appointments and the video links for each interview:

  • At the time of the interview, simply click on Access to Visio to go to the Teams video call room.

🚨 If no video links are shown, it means your interviews have been scheduled by telephone. You cannot change the interview method of scheduled interviews, so you will have to contact the candidates by telephone.
