The default interview method is telephone. If you want to hold video interviews, you must select this method when you add the time slots during your job dating preparation.
You cannot change the interview method of appointments that have already been made, i.e. once a candidate has booked a time slot in your calendar. Changing the interview method only affects future bookings.
To talk to candidates by calling them directly:
You don't need to select telephone because it is the default interview method in your calendar. You just have to select the duration of the call and add availability slots:
At interview time, open your calendar in Schedule View from the Calendar icon on the top right of your dashboard.
You'll see all your upcoming interviews along with the candidates' names, the relevant job fair and job offer and the telephone numbers you need to contact them individually:

To interview candidates by video directly on the platform, you must select this interview method when you add your time slots during your job dating preparation:
In the Preparation section of the platform, go to the Time Slots tab and click on the Video interview method:
💎 If you are part of a Seekube client company, you can do this in the Calendar View after clicking on the Calendar icon on the top right of your dashboard.
Click on Test Teams compatibility to open the window and check that your equipment is compatible with Teams:
When the test is complete, close the test page to return to Seekube and click on Yes, everything works followed by Select video as my interview tool.
Your interviews will now be via video. You can choose a duration and add availability slots in your calendar!
To start an interview, you just have to open your calendar in Schedule View from the Calendar icon on the top right of your dashboard.
You'll see all your upcoming interviews along with the candidates' names, the relevant job fair and job offer and the video links you have to click on to start the interview:

Here are a few things you can try to make it work:
Make sure you are using a recent version of Google Chrome or Firefox.
Check if your equipment has the mandatory resources using this list.
Make sure your browser has permission to access your microphone and camera.
If you are on a secure company network, make sure the following domains have been whitelisted by your technical/IT department:
If the Teams test still fails, it might mean that your equipment is not compatible with the tool or there is a fault on the platform. Please contact us at email@example.com.
